NBMEs are spot on when to comes to the style of step 2. Vague question stems. Lots of next step management questions. The question stems give additional symptoms that don't align with the main diagnosis to throw u off. At least, that's how I felt about it. Took it last week. Took NBME 10 and 11 and Free 120. Recently took the real deal and I feel that NBME 10 somewhat reflected my experience. There's a fair amount of straightforward/short stems with straightforward answers. However there's also a fair amount of "lack" diagnostic detail therefore making answer choices somewhat tricky. Still awaiting my actual score. That makes me hopeful.
